Food. I appreciated the helpfulness of the reception team, but the mosquito issue due to housekeeping leaving doors open was quite a nuisance during my stay.

The spa treatment was a standout moment during our stay, providing a serene escape from the rest of the hotel experience. Each staff member seemed genuinely invested in our comfort.

The hotel boasts stunning views, and the staff are genuinely friendly and attentive, creating a warm atmosphere. some of the room furnishings felt outdated, and noise from nearby areas disrupted my peace during the nights. a pleasant stay with room for improvement.

If you're hoping for a spot by the pool, be prepared to claim your lounger early. it tends to fill up quickly without a reservation policy. The buffet offers a basic selection, and some days the cleanliness of the common areas, like the pool, leaves something to be desired, with visible debris floating around. expect a slower check-out process and an occasionally crowded beach area due to local visitors.

the hotel was really nice, and we loved the friendly staff who made us feel welcome. the cocktails were amazin with a big variety, and the food was great every day. we had a comfy bed and stunning views over the water. there was enough sunbeds for everyone, and we enjoyed the live music at the bar every night. plus, the all-inclusive package was totally worth it!

The room I had was a bit dated and lacked sufficient lighting at night. Accessing the food at the buffet through the sliding doors was sometimes challenging. I noticed the air conditioning in my room struggled to keep cool, particularly on warmer days. While the staff was friendly and tried to assist, the service in the restaurant could be more efficient.
